Personal Trainer Recipe – Zuchinis with Rosemary and Parmesan
A simple, delicious personal trainer recipe featuring broiled zuchini. Ingredients: Zuchinis Sea salt White pepper Grated parmesan Fresh Rosemary Grape seed oil Slice zucchinis in half lengthwise. Chop the herbs coarsely.
Brush oil onto each zucchini. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, rosemary and parmesan.
For a “Greek” flare, use oregano and crumbled feta instead of rosemary and parmesan. |
